Where we dance

We have performed at hundreds of events over the years – everything from pubs and village fetes to international festivals.

Our most recent trip abroad was in September 2004, to Poynton`s twin town Erd, in Hungary, where we took part in the annual street-ball festival. In 2002, we were invited to Macclesfield`s German twin town Eckernförde, as part of the town`s 700th anniversary celebrations. We have also visited Angers in Frances and the international SIVO folk festival in Odoorn, Holland.

We have travelled all over England, with three appearances at the Sidmouth folk festival. We particularly enjoy the events that give us the opportunity to meet up with old friends around the country.

At home, we practise every Wednesday at the Poynton Community Centre, and are always pleased to welcome new members.
